**Step 1:** Count the number of zeroes in the denominator.

**Step 2:** Count the same number of digits in the numerator, starting from the rightmost digit and place the decimal point.

**Example:**

1000 has 3 zeroes . Therefore, count three digits from 6 and place the decimal point)
